Born in 1982, Rob Youngkin, as he goes by in his personal life, was raised in a middle-class beachside town, Rob spent his formative years immersed in school and sports, shaped by community values and a strong work ethic.

After graduating high school, Rob made a pivotal decision to join the United States Marine Corps. His service led to a 2003 deployment to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. While serving, he began taking college courses at his local community college, eventually earning a degree in Engineering from the University of Central Florida. His academic journey continued with graduate degrees in Engineering Management and Business Administration.

Professionally, Rob began as an Engineering Intern and steadily advanced into leadership roles. He now serves as Director of Engineering for a major defense contractor, where he applies both technical expertise and strategic insight to complex challenges.

Rob is also a devoted husband of 20 years to his wife, Jill, and a proud father to his three boys. Over the past 25+ years, he has grown as an observer, scholar, contributor, and leader; cultivating a deep interest in Organizational Leadership. He is a passionate advocate for sharing knowledge, fostering relationships, and supporting others in their growth.
